can't say I didn't see it coming

I can confidently say I can hold my own in the Kitchen. I have had my share of what the heck happened to this moments (Lets see, for example my UFO french bread, the worst muffins in the world according to the larson kids, which prompted the question "did you put enough sugar in" everytime I made muffins after that.) But my biggest FAIL ever was tonight. I made brownies- Not your everyday brownies, but black bean brownies. I kinda thought they might be weird, but the picture from the very reputable cook book made me think they couldn't be half bad. To say the least they looked like cold tar that had been driven over with by a Goodyear Wrangler A/T mud tire. Better luck next time. hahahaha.

Ah, I forgot about the UFO's! Hahahahaha! Good memories! And so funny how you were verbally abused if you attempted to make muffins again. Cute little Ethan. We all miss you, Bud.
